Abbatissa LLC’s strategy is based on the generation of value through the acquisition of hotel assets for their management and repositioning in 3, 4 and 5 star hotels in the main European cities, being the markets of Italy, Portugal and Spain where we are most specialized.

Our experience shows that emblematic real estate assets generate significant additional returns, both in the yields obtained during their operation and in their intrinsic value, if, after a careful selection of locations and the correct approach to the necessary investment, unique buildings are planned through design, interior design and the search for quality and exclusivity.
